Hello!
For more than 30 years as a licensed Physical Therapist, I have focused on understanding the body, mind and spirit, and the many ways they influence pain, healing, and movement. Through my study of the nervous system, I have seen how closely the mind and body are connected.
I have worked with people at every stage of life, from newborns developing their first movements to adults recovering from chronic pain, including families supporting children with autism, sensory differences, or developmental delays. This broad experience shapes my commitment to caring for the whole family, not just the person in front of me.
Whether we are addressing pain, movement limitations, stress patterns, or emotional triggers, the goal is always the same: to help your nervous system feel safe, organized, and supported so meaningful change can happen.
If you are seeking a practitioner who blends clinical expertise with compassion, intuition, and a whole-person approach, it would be my honor to walk alongside you 😊

Client Experiences
Craniosacral Therapy
Chris S
What initially brought me to Tracy is that I was suffering from post-concussive symptoms for about two years, and I was referred to craniosacral therapy.
I had tried a number of different therapies and was ready to try a new one. What felt supportive and different about Tracy's approach is her craniosacral therapy work as well as talking out different anxieties, insecurities, and fears.
My post-concussive symptoms have been caused not only by my body but also by my sympathetic nervous system. Tracy and her questions have been very instrumental in that—both her craniosacral work and our emotional somatic therapy. I have seen a tremendous shift in my daily life.
If you are considering working with Tracy, just know that not only does she help you get more hope for yourself, but she also helps you feel more connected to someone who cares.
Pediatric Care
Catherine K
Working with Tracy for 10 months has been such a gift for our family. Our son was born 2½ months premature, and she helped him gain the strength and coordination to reach his physical developmental milestones one by one. From our very first session, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely invested in his progress.
What I appreciated most was how hands-on and collaborative she was. She didn’t just work with him during our sessions — she walked me through the stretches and exercises I could do at home and took the time to explain exactly what she was doing and why. That made me feel confident and involved in his care every step of the way.
We’re so grateful for her patience, expertise, and heart. I’d recommend her without hesitation to any family.
Emotional Resolution (EmRes®)
Catherine Szpunt
EmRes® with Tracy Lin allowed me to resolve emotions that were weighing me down. I now feel lighter and it provided me with more head space and mental clarity. Tracy is an expert at guiding you through the process and truly listens to find the crux of the matter. She has immense clinical reasoning skills that make EmRes® successful. I was finally able to let go of some deep-rooted emotions within 2 sessions.
Home sessions

Working with Tracy for private, in-home sessions completely transformed my recovery and gave me maximum comfort after two major surgeries. Her holistic approach not only restored my physical strength but also provided crucial mental and emotional support when I needed it most. Thanks to her guidance on the connection between mind and body, I feel stronger, lighter, and deeply grateful to continue to be under her care.

My wife and I have both had the privilege of working with Tracy for over a year, and what stands out most is her uncanny understanding of the interconnectedness of the body. She has a gift for seeing how everything is related rather than treating symptoms in isolation. My wife first came to Tracy for recovery after major surgery, and the quality of that care is what led me to start seeing Tracy myself.
As an active tennis player, I've dealt with my share of sports-related aches, strains, and nagging injuries. That whole-body approach helped her resolve an IT-band injury that had been plaguing me for over a year, as well as chronic shoulder pain from tennis that I'd nearly resigned myself to living with.
Beyond the hands-on sports therapy, I've also received craniosacral therapy from Tracy on several occasions, which I've found to be remarkably cleansing, both physically and mentally.
Tracy combines technical expertise with genuine care for her patients' long-term well-being. I recommend her to anyone looking for a physical therapist who treats the whole person, not just the injury.
